This notice explains how Miles High Club (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit themileshighclub.com or join Miles High Club.

1. This website

The site has no accounts or forms. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically logs technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel keeps these logs for a limited time under its own privacy policy.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site through aggregate statistics. It records page views, page URLs, referring sites, approximate location, and browser, operating system and device type. It does not use third-party cookies or track you across other websites. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.

2. Checkout and membership

When you join, you are taken to Whop, which handles checkout, payment and your subscription under its own privacy policy. We receive the details we need to run your membership, such as your name, email address, plan and payment status. We never see or store your full card details.

3. The community

The club runs on Discord, under Discord’s own privacy policy.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email mileshighclubinfo@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
